Assessments

Chasidy provides an assessment interview for screening and clinical impressions for 29 disorders and challenges such as ADHD, Autism, Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD), Substance Use Disorder (SUD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Bipolar Disorder (BP), Suicidality, Self Harm, Psychosis, Impulse Control Disorder (ICD), Eating Disorder (ED), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Chronic Fatique Syndrome (CFS). She provides Clinical Impressions to the client based on what the client reports, verified by the clinician.

Chasidy has been trained by Dr. Ocana to effectively collect information that can be used to determine clinical impressions which can aid in the determination of a diagnosis (or diagnoses) by a regulated health professional (e.g., medical doctors, psychiatrists and psychologists) for use in treatment and care planning.

If a diagnosis is wanted or required, this assessment information can be reviewed by Dr. Antonio Ocana, GP to determine if a diagnosis is applicable. This will be an additional fee.
