Hello, my name is Chasidy and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor. I have been working as a counsellor since 2007 after I finished my Master of Arts (MA) degree from Adler University in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I have been registered as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) since 2007 and I am also a Certified Adlerian Counsellor (CAC). I am currently completing my PhD in Human Development at Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, CA, United States. Additionally, I am an Associate Professor at City University.

        In my therapy sessions, I have been helping people heal from their past and harness their strengths to overcome challenges. I work from a strength-based approach using Adlerian (Individual Psychology), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Somatic Processing and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I adjust my psychology tools to respond to your needs and goals. We work together to move forward in your life in a positive and constructive way.
